Recently we decided to change locations.  We chose Kathy Webb to handle our transactions.  We told her the price that we wanted for our place, which was a little more than other places of like value were selling for.  Well, she got our price and in a reasonable time.  Then when looking for a new place, she went beyond 'the call of duty', when patiently she would drive 80 miles to come and show us different places.  After a dozen or so times, you would think she would become weary, but her patience stayed the same.  It is nice to deal with someone so honest and sincere.  We recommend her for her dedicated work.
